simon mcconnell-poore's Wall

James Strahan said Hi Simon, Thank you very much for another good suggestion. Just as an aside I found a good website called 'Survey Monkey' where students can design their own questionnaires and then facebook or e-mail them to a whole list of recipients and analyse the results when they come back. It cuts down on a lot of paper anyway ! Another question I have is how do you evaluate theories ? Have you ever used the De Bono Six Hats method or something else ? Thanks again, James

Obviously not enough people use this or have time to read what goes on here and mainly just download stuff. I will ask a question here and see if anyone takes the bait: - Has the internet changed social interaction? If so how?

I'm somewhat baffled about the usefulness of blogs too. It might make sense if someone were blogging about some worthwhile & unique activity (if Mark Thomas had blogged about his recent walking of the Israeli 'wall', for instance), but mostly blogs seem to be a vehicle for the endless self-publication some people crave. Just another way that the internet has changed social reaction I suppose...

Thanks for taking the bait. So it seems the point of a blog is to waffle? The internet has changed social reaction by allowing complete strangers like us to converse.
