The Street
My idea is that if you missed the episode of The Street by Jimmy McGovern that dealt with racism then you should try to watch it A.S.A.P.I think it was episode 4 or 5.It was an in depth analysis of the role of self esteem in racism .it also typically had a number of relevant sub plots and the usual gritty realism apealing to any sociologist. And if anyone knows how I can get a copy then please let me know I couldn’t find any clips on youtube (but much discussion)
